We ship CDs and thumb drives via the US Postal Service, typically on the next business day after receiving an order.

When ordering CDs and thumb drives, you will have the option to choose from different shipping methods depending on your location. These options include Priority Mail (2-3 business days after the ship date), First Class (5-7 days), or Media Mail (5-10 days).

If you require your shipment to arrive by a specific date, please call 616-681-1037 so that we can ensure same-day mailing if possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer overnight or express mail services at this time.

If you wish to return or cancel your order, you may do so within 30 days of the order date. Here's how the return process works:

  • DOWNLOADS - We kindly ask and trust that you delete the downloaded product and refrain from sharing or using it after receiving your order refund.
  • SHIPPED PRODUCTS - Simply return the items to Pfeiffer House Music at the address provided on your packing list or invoice.

Once we receive the product back and/or receive confirmation that you have deleted the downloads, we will issue a full refund for your purchase. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage.
