Q: Can I use these recordings for a congregation in a church service?
A: Absolutely! These recordings are specifically designed for that purpose. Each song begins with a last-line type of introduction and then plays through all the verses. The audio music features piano and/or organ accompaniment played by a church pianist and/or organist, allowing you to sing hymns in church as if you had someone playing for you. Please note that there are no voices on the recordings.
Q: What about licensing and streaming?
A: You are allowed and encouraged to use our recordings, including for online streaming. Churches are exempt from CCLI requirements for our hymn recordings since they are used as accompaniment for services. However, please keep in mind that the licensing and streaming landscape can be complex and subject to change. Currently, you are free to use all our hymn recordings for streaming purposes, and you do not need a CCLI license for our hymns.
Q: Should I choose high or low keys?
A: The choice of key depends on the general overall voice range of your congregation. High keys are most common in hymnals for congregational singing but may be challenging for seniors. Low keys can be more comfortable for them. However, if you order the wrong range, simply let us know, and we will replace it with the correct range at no additional cost.
Q: How many verses does each hymn have?
A: The number of verses varies, but most hymns have four verses. You can find the titles, keys, and number of verses for each hymn in our product descriptions.
Q: Can I listen to audio samples before buying?
A: Yes! Each item description on our website includes the titles, keys, number of verses, and play buttons. 
Simply click the play buttons to listen to audio samples. Make sure your sound is turned on.
Q: Are these hymns compatible with our hymnal?
A: We believe so, although we have not personally checked every published hymnal. Our hymns are not taken from a specific hymnal but are the same songs with arrangements in keys found in most hymnals, including Baptist, Celebration, and many others. While there may be some minor differences, your church should be able to sing with your hymnal using our accompaniment. If it doesn't work out as you hoped, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund without any hassle.
Q: Can I download the MP3 files directly to my iPad/iPhone?
A: Our download files are in .zip format, which is a Windows PC compressed file. Apple devices do not recognize .zip files, so you will need to use an app such as iZip or Goodreader to open/extract them. These apps are available for free download from the Apple store. Once you have the app, you can download and extract the MP3 files to access them on your iPad/iPhone.
Q: Is your checkout system secure?
A: Yes, our checkout and payment processing system uses the tightest security protocols. We have never experienced a breach or received reports of fraudulent charges resulting from purchases on our site.
Q: I am not comfortable ordering online. Can I place my order over the phone?
A: Absolutely. You can call me (Steve) at 616-681-1037 to place your order. Please leave a voice mail with your name and number, and I will return your call as soon as possible. Please note that we do not have staff, so your patience is appreciated.
Q: I don't like using credit cards. Can I pay by check?
A: Yes, during checkout, you will find the option to "Mail a Check" as one of the payment methods. Choose that option and follow the instructions to complete your order using a check.
Q: What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
A: If you encounter any issues with your order, please use the Contact Us page on our website or call me (Steve) at 616-681-1037. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything possible to resolve any problems.
Q: Can I return my order and receive a refund if these hymns don't meet our needs?
A: Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please refer to our return policy details on the Shipping/Returns page for more information.
Q: Will you be making more hymns?
A: Yes, we are working on creating a total of 11 volumes, including Christmas, which will feature a total of 300 songs. We are currently working on Volume 7 and hope to have it ready soon.
Q: Do you have any praise choruses or contemporary worship songs? Will you be making any?
A: Currently, we do not have praise choruses or contemporary worship songs available. However, it is something we may consider in the future. At the moment, it is not on our radar.
Q: Are single song downloads available?
A: Currently, we do not offer single song downloads. This may be something we consider in the future.
Q: Do you have any PowerPoint or Hymnal Books?
A: We do not have PowerPoint or Hymnal Books available at this time. However, if you need these, please call 616-681-1037, and we may be able to assist you.
